The reason I could not find accommodation is due to the Islay Jazz Festival being on at the same time as some of your nights. However, I have some great news. I have managed to find some fantastic accommodation on Islay. It is the Skerrols House " http://www.skerrolshouse.com/index.html They have stunning grounds and a lovely house and are also large shareholders in Kilchoman Distillery. I can only hold the rooms there until Friday at 11am so I will need to know as soon as possible if you are happy to go ahead.
So, I can now offer you a final pricing and details. The tour will include the following: 6 full days of touring (9th - 14th September inclusive); private minibus for 11 guests; all fuel; return ferries to/from Islay; personal driver/guide; flexible and tailored itinerary; accommodation & meals for the driver/guide; 1 nights B&B accommodation in Oban (4 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single); 4 nights B&B accommodation in Islay (4 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single); pick up and drop off in Edinburgh and all local taxes. The price is £845 per person.
Please note, this does not include entrance fees or meals (other than breakfast). These are paid for locally at the time of your tour.
The accommodation in Islay is all en suite apart from 1 double and 1 single that share a private bathroom.
